What to use on slideout seals to lubricate and seal
Have a Dynamax Dynaquest 32' 2006 with 2 slides. What would we use on the seals
around the slides to maintain the rubber seals and lubricate.
Right now the seals look in good shape and no rain coming in.
Just want to maintain seal texture and seal.
Thank you

I've always treated our slide seals with Aerospace 303 three times a season.

303 has several different bottles. Which one do you use on the seals?

On my boat 50amp cord which is permanently connected and runs thru a power retract l use mop & glow. It gets quite dirty feeding in and out around salt water and docks so must be cleaned with a solvent. The m&p acts as a protecterant. Just on the power cord though! 😎

303 fer shere...nothing *else! Follow the Dir's carefully. If you can get it on the top seal of the slide out then do that too(the part hidden by the mini-awning "shade" that deploys with the slide...I assume you have one?). I think you can apply the foam and work it in with a sponge attached to an extension handle, or the like.
PS: *else means "Armor All", etc. THAT stuff will work against the rubber and is not advised. Just use the correct "Protectant 303" product! Check eBay or Amazon btw, and let them deliver to you free shipping. And, not too sure re the baby powder\sock routine as that might tend to dry the rubber too much? 303 keeps it supple and pliable. Unless you like that baby-bottom smell, lol?

I am curious, how many never use anything on their slide out seals?
I bet there are more than you think.

X2. Have never used any conditioner on any slide seals on any rig I've ever owned. I figure using stuff like that sure can't hurt anything, but generally just makes the user feel better and helps the economy

Any Silicone Spray Works Well
Any Silicone spray works well, also use on basement door gaskets, keeps them from sticking.

303 Protectant. It was developed speciffically to treat and preserve rubber and vinyl. Only.
Have treated the seals and gaskets on our Lexi for 6 years now. Treat every other month, and they are still as good as new.
You DO NOT want to use ANYTHING with a petrolium base, or anything containing oil of any type. It will eventually dry rubber out. Both WD40 and silicon contain petroleum, 25% for WD40.
All silicon and WD40 will do is prevent sticking. Does nothing to preserve the rubber or vinyl.
Baby powder may be OK, but when it gets wet, it is messy, and it dosen't last.
Lots have their preference, but at least try to use something that is specific for your needs. WD40 or silicon if thats your choice. But keep in mind that slide seals are expensive, around $3 bucks per foot.
