Wildcat 323QB slide issue

I am having a problem bringing in the upper bedroom slide. When you hit the switch one side of the slide will start and then stop and the other will keep going which will jam the slide up sideways. I am trying to find the schwintek control box for this slide and I cannot find it anywhere. Just wondering if anyone would have some insight on where it might be for this model. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. check the cargo compartments under the slide for the controller. On that type of slide you should hold the control switch for a few seconds after the slide reaches the end of its travel either way to sync the motors.
