I have a 2017 XLR 340AMP and the living room slideout is not extending. I can hear the motors running but it doesn't move. Does anyone know how to get at the motors? It looks like I have to open up the belly but any other ideas are welcome.
Welcome to our World. Bought new 2016 XLR Thunderbolt and before I could get it off the lot the bedroom motor burned up. Warranty replaced it. Then this past week with camper still on levelers we were packing up to get ready to come home from Pigeon Forge Tenn and out of the blue as I'm retracting the living room slide out which is our couch it came in about a 1/4 when it starting going up at top to create a jamming effect. I stopped and went back out put my body wait on floor of slide out and it came in. I hate slide out. There nothing but trouble. I don't have a answer of where to look but last night I was looking for a youtube to understand if I had a problem like you are discribing how can I get it back in if I'm on a trip. If you find out please let me know.
