2 or 3 a/c's for 40-42 ft 5th wheel

The factory rep told us the 3rd unit is a waste of money. Even if you have 3 units, only 2 will run at any time. I believe you can pick which 2 though.
Our 5th wheel is 41 ft long and 2 - 15k seems to work fine.
I would like to have one as a heat pump. But our electric fire place keeps the whole unit warm. The gas heat rarely comes on.

Our Cardinal will run all 3 factory installed units at one time. Each has its own separate thermostat. 2, 13K’s and 1, 15K and does anytime it’s hot enough to call for it.
