Question;
How is the TV Removed? I need to check the co-axle cable connection. When on Cable the outside TV (connected to outside cable jack) and Bedroom TV get snowy on most channels. When I disconnect the cable from the bedroom TV wall plate the outside TV clears up. Bedroom TV is snowy all the time. Living room TV isn't affected.
Also, there are two cable wall plates behind the bedroom TV. One is connected to Antennae / Cable. The other is marked Satellite. The Cable / Air Cable jack has two outlets. 2nd one doesn't do anything. Curious that that was supposed to be for?

There is a thread 'Cable and Satellite' in this forum (page 4) which may help you.

Also search '60" TV removal from mount" (page 3).

Thanks

Ah. Mine aren't marked. The Separate "SAT" is marked. I need to look a little closer to the one in the LR area. I have to use an extension to press the booster button. Arms too big to get past the TV. Might be a 2nd connection I hadn't seen.

I have a CC 38fbd and I removed the tv last weekend to look at the connections. Use a mirror and look under the TV in the middle and you will see two pins (spring loaded). Push them in and pull the bottom of the tv out. That's how mine came off. Used the stool to support the tv so I could check the connections. Hope this helps.
