2019 cedar creek 33IK TV

Can anyone get the sound from TV through the speakers in stereo? Salesman said it should yet there are no zones that accommodate this. It is a 50in Jensen TV. A lot of wires behind it so maybe not connected properly?

Did this fix your issue? I thought the speakers were working but in mono mode and not stereo. DVD player/receiver are typically connected with CHEAP component stereo cable with red/white/yellow RCA connectors rather than HDMI or optical cable. For best sound, buy a sound bar and only use ceiling speakers for radio.

There should be a subwoofer behind the tv. Mine has one. My grandson found it at end of first year. Duh. HDMI ARC (audio return channel) setting on the Jensen radio remote fires it up. I have to turn the bass down on the subwoofer or I'd blow out the neighbors.

HDMI Arc

When I change stereo input to HDMI Arc (for tv sound through stereo speakers) now I lose TV signal completely. Nothing changed since last trip 😮. Jensen tv and cedar creek 33ik 2019. Any thoughts?

I finally got my sound bar working after switching to HDMI ARC...funny, my 2009 CC Silverback had a great surround sound system (ceiling speakers) with sub woofer.....my 2019 Hathaway only has a sound bar....go figure.

2020 33IK, I had that issue. Jensen box, lower left side, use a pin to push and hold the reset button. Start the Jenson in HDMI ARC mode and let it turn on the TV.
