I have a 3 week old Cedar Creek with a wireless remote that does not work any lights or slides. It has been synced with the control board but does not work.Any ideas out there?

Do you hear the relays clicking when you activate a function?

The remote receiver has it's own fuses separate from the main fuse panel.

Unhappy 2019 cedar creek remote problem

There are no relays clicking when you push the buttons.I talked with the tech advisor at FR and he thinks the circuit board is bad.So it has to go in to dealer to order board which also comes with new remote. That is scheduled for next week.I have a rear hydraulic jack that is slowly seeping oil too. Will update after dealer visit.

There should be a solid wall plate up high on inside wall facing close to where the awning and lights would connect from the outside, this is where you will find the remote receiver where all the wires all plugged in...mine was not working so I took all the wires and receiver out and found it was not fully plugged in.

I am going to ask the obvious. You know that you hit the on/off button then hit the selection like awning light then hit extend to I turn on then retract to turn off. Just wanted to make sure that you have tried that.

When you turn it on you get a blue power light and then push the dock light button and it turns blue but the dock lights dont go on,or awning lights etc.

Even though the lights don’t go on have you tried to extend or retract buttons after pushing them?

Thank you.I went out and powered up remote then hit front jack button then pushed extend and out they came. Then i turned on the porch light and pushed the extend button and the light came on.What a strange remote. You would think when you push a light
button the light would come on.Go figure. Thanks for solving that issue.

now for the inside switches that work the lights that the remote work are not toggle switches like all the rest. we could not under stand the different feel of the switch till we realized they were also controlled by the remote so did not toggle up for on and stay there. Love our new CC but learning new things some times not all that fun.
