2020 Cedar Creek Silverback 31IK axle/tires

Looking for info on the axles and tires that were standard on the 2020 31IK. Also, how well are they performing? Thanks!

Edit: should have read 33IK, although I expect both were the same.

Tires

I have a 2020 33IK in November last year at about 22 months I had a blow out on 1 tire. Approximately 9k miles. I replaced all the tires with 14ply Hankook they are holding up well. Last month about 4800 miles latter I had a rim blow apart the tire was still good. It may of been the one with the blowout last year and had damage not noticed. The 6 lug 16” rim was a little had to come by on the road had the wait a few days. I think although the axles are within the weight load I’d be happier with 8k axles.

I have a 2021 33ik and I would assume there is not much difference between the 2020 and 2021 model. The axle's are 6,000 LB axles. The tires on mine are Ridgeway's Sport. I have had two of the tires treads seperate but I have not had any blowouts. I found the first one doing my normal walk-a-round inspection before moving the trailer and the second I discovered when I picked up a screw and had a flat tire. In both cases, I submitted a claim to Lionshead and they replaced both tires, no cost to me. Even send me $30 each to have them mounted and balanced. I do wish that the trailer had at least 7,000 LB axles but it seems to be doing alright with nearly 15,000 miles. When it is time to replace the tires, I think that I will go with Hercules H-901-ST tires. They are getting really high reviews and appear to be a much better tire than what the factory puts on. Good Luck!
