Welcome to the forum. I am not familiar with your model, but the switch/light on the right side looks like the water heater propane switch. Turn on propane, operate switch, light should come on for a few seconds. The light will go out after the heater lites and is working off of the propane.
Make sure the water heater is full of water before lighting.

Okay awesome! So the one on the left must be the electric for the water heater I would imagine.

Is the one on the left a switch or just a light? Can't tell from the photo

My money is on water pump for the left one. If your water heater is electric capable, the switch is likely on the face of the water heater. Do not turn it on unless the tank is full of water.

Well when we bought it we were told that those switches are to switch between gas or electric because their is a switch on the hood vent for the pump.

The one on the left is a switch that looks like it should light up when flicked on but does not

check your water heater and see if there isn't an on/off switch there. If there is put it to the on position (with water in the tank) and then go inside and switch the one on the left inside and see if it comes on. If it does it controls the electrical part of the water heater. I believe the one on the right is for your DSI (propane) for the water heater.

What year is your Cedar Creek? I know they made that model from 99 - 2002, not sure how many other years they made that unit.
The switch on the right in the picture is in all probability the gas water heater switch. With the age of your trailer I doubt it had an inside electric switch for the water heater so I believe as wrvond does that it’s the switch for the water pump. The only other thing I can imagine it would be is the holding tank heaters (if they used tank heaters at CC back then.)
Did you test the water pump before you bought the trailer?

What an odd place to put a pump switch!
The hood normally only has light and fan.
Not that I doubt you, just surprised!

Hey guys I found out that the one on the right is the switch for water heater and the electric switch is on the out side hot water heater access. The switch on the left is for the heating pads for the holding tanks.
