That is what I am going to try if Lippert can't give me any solutions. Lippert says it must have 12.6 volts or pump will not operate. Have not checked voltage yet.

You could reset your panel by pulling out the plug behind the board for 10 seconds, then replug it in ...Should reset the panel. Do you have rocker switch that just drops or raises the landing legs? If so raise the front end and push auto level again. If that will not do it you will need to do the reset. Please let us know what happens and how you got it working again so we all can learn....Thanks

If you are on shoe\re power only then the converter does not have enough juice to power the leveller system. If the battery is really low then it will not operate even if hooked into shore power.

The dealer drained my battery when it was in for service. Jumping the RV battery from a vehicle did not work until the jump vehicle was started. It takes a fully charged battery to ensure the Level Up system works correctly.

My hydraulic leveling system is NOT working. When I turn it on and press retract then rear it clicks but nothing else. When I hit auto level it says grounding then times out. Any suggestions
Rick,

It sounds like your manual reset mini breaker may be popped. These are located in the very front compartment, nearest your pin box. I have circled the buttons you will want to press.

If the mini breakers are continuing to pop, there is a good chance it is because of low battery voltage. When voltage decreases, current increases. These are 50amp mini breakers and if the voltage is too low, it will cause them to pop. I recommend resetting the breakers, charging your batteries, and then trying it. If you are in an emergency situation where you don't have time to charge, hook up the 7-way cable to your truck and you may be able to draw from your truck's batteries.

Another thing that could cause these breakers to pop is if you are trying to Auto-level and the jacks are too far retracted. Try to manually extend the jacks about 6" and then press Auto-level. When the system attempts to Auto-level it has to do an initial drop when the jacks will slightly retract first, and then level itself. If it cannot do this initial drop, the motor will continue to run and the solenoids will not open until A- your motor burns up, or B- a breaker pops (luckily we have breakers so we don't burn up the pump).

Give these a shot and if none of this works, let me know.

Jeff

13.8 volts should be plenty, try to manually extend your jacks and then Auto-level.

Yes. 13.8 volts on that circuit. It's tripping the mini breaker.

Problem solved. Left side jacks were fully extended so it was tripping breaker trying to extend more. Retracted jacks added a 2" block under left side and it works now.

Thanks to all who offered help
And thank You

On my trl. 6mos. old my jacks quit working and my service man told me that in the front of my sierra 2013 there are a couple of 50amp breakers that operate the hyd. and to take screw and go between the power term. and the oposing term. and press the sw. to raise the landing gear it worked.
But when he said there should be 2 breakers for the landing there was only 1 for the gear and one going to converter. I went into a rv shop and bought 2 breakers and a 6ga wire to run them in paralell been working great ever since.

When I get the camper where I am going to set up at, then I measure how far each pad is from the ground and then I make all pads level or about level. The level-up only knows when it hits something firm, I use to sometimes pick the tires up on one side but not anymore. I carry plastic pads just for this, works for me
