Another project

Well with all the extra free time on our hands I decided to install a 50 amp outlet, at least if we are stuck here at home we can run everything In the rig.Click image for larger version

Nice work! Very clean looking.

Your project is on my bucket list too. Want to run one in my barn where the RV is kept once a few coins become available. They are proud of their 8/4 MC wire!

That will certainly give you a good 50a source.

Is there a breaker nearby you can throw so you are not plugging into a 'live' receptacle causing an arc burning on the plug/receptacle or are you planning to just throw the main breaker in the R/V before plugging in?

Nice job.

Like someone asked....is there a breaker switch nearby to prevent plugging into a “live” plug?
Considering you live in Pennsylvania, is it high enough to be above the snow?

I keep the breaker off and throw it on when plugging into the camper.

As far as snow I have a cover for it so it will stay dry. And yes the wire was expensive!
