antenna cover??

The guy covering my camper said nothing needed to protect antenna or edges from cover since it is plastic and not pointed on top. Do most of you that cover trailer, do anything? It is a King antenna and doesn't appear to fold down.

I use a plastic tote inverted over the antenna to protect it as we get snow. I added split foam pipe insulation along the edge that sits on the roof.

Don't laugh, but we cover our King antenna with an old toilet seat cover. It's shaped fairly close to the antenna's shape and it fits nicely. It stays on when we pull the trailer cover over it.
