Auto Leveling

Ok, 1st weekend with the new trailer and everything went fine -except.. Except when we got back to the storage facility and went to drop off the trailer. I pushed both up and down arrows on the outside leveling control panel to get the jacks turned on. Usually a green light comes on and then I can retract or extend the jacks. This time, a flashing red light came on and I couldn't get the front jacks down. Went and got the remote control unit from inside and used it to lower the jacks and unhook from the truck. Picture is of the outside unit - the green light in the picture is what is now flashing red.

Any idea on what is going on?

With the flashing red light, go to the main control and you will see how to reset.

Happens to my unit occasionally.

Same has happened to me when the unit "times out" and must be reset from the main control panel inside. You may be able to reset with the smartphone app but not sure.

I was just Googling this and found out I should have gone inside to look at the main controller screen. I'll have to go back up to the storage yard tomorrow and check that out. Thanks

I think you can use your phone and go into your menu to manual lower your front legs. After this should reset the unit and allow you to use the outside unit.
