My cable operated black tank valve is VERY stiff to operate and leaks when 'fully' closed. This spring before our first trip of the season would be an optimum time to tear it apart. Has anyone modded their CC fiver with a 12v automatic dump valve and if so, how reliable is the operation and are you satisfied with the mod? Thanks in advance.

I found an iphone app that works well. AutoCrapDump Install automatic trap door and leave the tank valve open. When desired, pretend you received a call and look like you are talking. Push OPEN and presto. Tank empties, discourages tailgaters! Multifunctional.
Seriously, I also am interested in how those automatic devices work over time without jamming or requiring maintenance. Let's hear from the users and believers.
