Awning and Patio light not working

We have a 2014 Cedar Creek fifth wheel but our outside light and awning wont work. We pulled the fuses and look fine. Any thoughts ?

Do you have a remote control for either/both of these functions?

I'm sorry to tell you I know nothing further although someone here does (I don't have a remote in my Wildcat). I did a Search for "remote control" and found several hits. One person wrote "Porch light--if you turn it on with the remote control, it must be turned off with the remote. Porch light using switch to turn on, need to use switch to turn off." One person found a miss-wired fuse holder for his remote receiver.

Standby for help from a knowledgeable and do some searches while you wait. Sorry.

EDIT: ... another quote

I appreciate your help! Just discovered sliders aren't working either. So maybe it's a reset button in the front. I will give it a try during the day. Thanks again!

About the battery under a plastic cover I have two relay disconnects, they are red and if tripped your awning outside light and some other low voltage items won't work. This is on a Blue Ridge slides will also be affected.

After lots of investigating it turns out the four batteries we have were not putting out enough power. Once we charged up the batteries everything started working. So the big question is why aren't the batteries charging while on the grid. Still have more investigating !
