Black/Grey tanks

I have two gray water tanks and one black water tank on my 2014 Cedar Creek 34RLSA. Does anyone know if any of the drains other than the toilet dump into the black water tank. In my previous camper, the sink drained into the black water tank to make sure enough liquid remained in the tank.

Also, the cable pulls to dump the tanks are very difficult to operate. Other than replacing the cables is there any way to loosen them or lubricate them?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, Bill

One of the first thing I do with a new RV is to make sure all of the tanks are empty. Pull each handle that you see and empty the tanks into the campsite sewer.

Then, one by one:
go to a sink/shower/toilet/washer drain and run water for a minute
go outside and pull each handle until you find which one is tied to that fixture; write it down on a note and close handle when the water is done emptying
repeat until you’ve hit every water fixture

It helps to have a clear piece on your sewer outlet so you can really see what’s going on.

In regard to your cable pulls, I lubed the handle stems with a silicone grease and reapply every so often. This makes them very easy to open and close. Mine had become stuck and very difficult to operate.
