Brand new CC slide problem>Newbie

Hello All,

I've ran my slides in and out 1 cycle, and now nothing. Main control panel inside can hear a click and then nothing happens. On shore power. Advise please.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. First think I would do is ensure the batteries are at 100% you can also check along the frame by the batteries for a resettable circuit breaker make sure it did not pop because of low battery voltage. If you only have the panel battery lights disconnect from shore power and then check the lights to see what the battery condition is otherwise your are reading the converter.

Question Brand new CC slide problem>Newbie

Can someone tell me where the converter is installed on this unit.
Service tech said behind panel in storage bay behind stairs, nothing there except balls of wire. Front storage bay thought of, inverter installed there.
Tech said my converter may have a blown breaker or fuses. Can someone with some real knowledge help.

I would try the over ride button located on the hydraulic pump itself. That should tell you if the problem is on the hydraulic side or the electrical side.
How do you like the 377? we have a deposit on one and are awaiting it to arrive at the dealer.

You do have the Batteries charged and online when trying to run your slides right? The converter alone in most cases cannot produce enough power to run the slide system.

Get a volt meter and check the battery voltage sounds like a low battery to me. Also plug into your truck start the truck and see if it works then.

Enjoy this our 3rd CC these things happen you will figure it out hang in there.

I'd also check connections at the battery terminals. It's amazing what havoc a poor connection will create. BTW, I found our converter fastened to the inside of the kitchen wall beside our stairs. I found it by opening the access panel behind the wet bay and shining a flashlight into the darkness.
