Cc 345ik 2022
So... looks like this is going to happen.
2022 Cedar Creek 345IK
Purchasing from Couches RV Nation in OH.
We spent a day there looking it over and we are to pick it up Thursday of next week.
They were a pleasure to work with... well.. all but the 1st salesman that we got on the phone before traveling there... but once we got past him having a bad day, the process was excellent.
We got upwards of 36% off MSRP and a few extras thrown in.
I'll post more after PDI/Customer Orientation day.
Glad to be staying in the the FR family.
We'll be selling our 2016 Flagstaff 8529IKBS 5th wheel soon!

Best of luck with it and I strongly, strongly tell you to do an extremely thorough PDI on it.
My Champagne has been a nightmare and probably not the norm but what for sure is the norm is very poor quality, very limited labor to fix units ,and way, way less parts available to fix the units.
Many of the PDI people don't know all the features on these newer units.
Check the frame for rust. Mine was rusty and in hindsight I shouldn't have purchased it that way. Check the roof , I missed mine during my PDI but it had 5 nails popping up after only 3 months of use and it was probably like that .
Check how the door opens and see if there are gaps. The doors have been poor.
IF you have a solar charger set it to "WET" cell batteries. YOu do that by holding down the "Battery Type" button until it flashes then you can select the battery type. I guarantee nobody who makes these units or inspects them into the dealers ever read that manual on how the solar charger works.
If you have the adjustable light switches make sure they all have batteries in them.
Check the black tank flush. Mine must have a kinked line.
Check the inverter operation. Mine was broken.
Luckily you didn't buy the Thule Awning which is just a nightmare.

Enjoy your trip home.
In 2018 we purchased a 34RE from Couch.
Generally well made.
All our issues were minor.
If they still have Westlake tires replace them in a year!
We have camped about 35 weeks in ours. Replaced only the converter. The old one made me nervous. Kind of slow.

Thanks!
So far, just a few minor things we've found since leaving the dealer. A small gob of dried sealant on the carpeting by the recliners and a very small scratch in the front cap corner. I'm sure we'll find a few more no doubt. Oh... the Furrion 7" camera monitor crapped out about an hour into the 1st days drive. It has power but is totally dead. Not really a FR/CC issue though.
I'm slightly disappointed in the Firefly lighting control. I've found no way to turn on the overhead sofa lights without also turning on the 4 rear ceiling lights. No need to have 6 lights on just to sit on the sofa and read. You can turn the sofa lights off with the center button but not on, unless the ceiling lights are on. What???
Also, Couch's had the solar controller set for AGM when we had them put in two new deep cycle FLA batteries.
And yes... Westlakes.
We stayed nearby in Lebanon the 1st night and now a few more more in Cambridge before we head for home. (Western PA) Tows nice and only tracks slightly different than our 35' Flagstaff 5th wheel.

Ours is an 18 Hathaway. We have light switches all over the place. No fancy computer switches.

Yep... our 2016 Flagstaff was that way. Switches everywhere.
But... technology has some merit... it's cool to sit in the recliner and control the lighting with your phone to suit the need. (LOL...mood lighting while holding the DW's hand!) Woo Hoo!

I’m the old school.
I am from the old school.
KISS
With all the micro wires and relays, screens and whatnot.
Not simple.
