CC 34rl 2017 outside plug GFCI

Have a new 2017 CC 34rl and the basement and outside outlets are not working. All the breakers are good. Outside plug says it is GFCI protected but does not have the switch to reset. Anyone know where the GFCI reset switch is for those two outlets? I have checked all the ones I can find inside and all show good.

If you have a central vacuum under the steps it plugs into an outlet. I cannot remember if they are all connected or if it is a gfi.

CC 34rl 2017 outside plug GFCI

The GFCI in the bathroom or kitchen is tripped as they are wired together. If you are sure the inside ones are good, trip and reset just to make sure.

Checked kitchen and bathroom GFCIs and they are good. I did trip both and reset. Talked to dealer and they suggested a couple things to check. Will do this this weekend and report back. This could be a not connected issue. Ive never tried those outlets before but should have been checked at PDI supposedly.

Have to admit this one was user error. I was able to get out to the trailer today with my plug checker, not just the heater I was trying to plug in, and the plugs showed good to go. After scratching my head for awhile I discovered the smaller heater I was wanting to put in the basement during our cold snap had the tip over switch on the bottom plate outside the hearer (small plunger type switch) and I was not setting it down when I tried it. Was just holding. Set it down on a flat surface and it worked on the plug in the basement.

Thanks for the suggestions on what to check.
