There is mixed feelings about separation of tires and the ground, etc. for the long stay and in your case storage. If staying in one site for several days I will put 3/4 inch pieces of plywood under each tire. Need to consider the acidic makeup of the ground that could increase likelihood of premature tire damage. This especially applies to asphalt, although some say that when on concrete it may not be necessary. Our CC is inside winter stored along with another 290 odd units. I sit it on the said plywood just as a precaution as one can never be certain if any chemicals have been spilt or not. It is a huge warehouse and you never know. I tend to go on the side of caution.

We bought a Cedar Creek Hathaway 38DBRK about a month ago. If you are going full time, take a look at this model. The difference in the one you are looking at and the one we have is the master bath. The 38DBRK has a large master bathroom with a walk in closet. It has a half bath that has a closet that is already prepped for washer and dryer. In most campers, you have to give up closet space for them. Just saying.

There will be those that have had many problems and will not go back to forest river. For us we will in a couple of years trade for another CC. Good luck in your search.
We love ours and love the 1/2 bath. We have had very few problems with ours.
