6 weeks in the shop (for some other things too) they took it apart, reassembled, and it worked....and is still working. They assumed "dirt in the system somewhere". Lippert sent them various tests to run and it passed all the tests. CC stood by it though, all warranty work.
Your fluid should be close to full when all slides are IN! Reservoir will be much lower when deployed.
And yes, I belong......great group of people, have rallies all over the place, and help each other out on specific issues with CC's.

Luck was on my side this time....mine turned out to just be a loose connection and I'm back going ....someone mentioned you and said I should contact you....I have learned a good deal about my slides and how they operate chasing this problem.
