Champagne 38EFK

Hi all,
I used to spend quite a bit of time on this forum when I had an FR product. I still check in occasionally. I am looking at a new FW. I currently have a 38’ open range towed by a F350 PSD DRW. My question is concerning champagne 38EFK. My DW really wants one but I have some concerns. Hoping someone can give me there thoughts on below:
1.) With my TV, do you think I will need airbags to level the ride?
2.) Storage, compartment storage seems to be quite small compared to most. Has this been problematic for current owners?
3.). Looking at the layout, it would appear that when closed up the only thing accessible area is the bathroom. So it wouldn’t be feasible to open the fridge and other cabinets in kitchen, living room or bedroom. Is that accurate?

Also any other pros or cons you have with this front kitchen model?

Thanks in advance for any feedback,

Mike

I do not have this rig but you may find m comments helpful.

Airbags: My trailer pin weight is 2800lbs. Our ‘16 RAM 3500 DRW rear end sagged a bit. I wanted a passive system to level and Timbrens did the trick.

Access w/slides enclosed: Our trailer is similar. We open the slide about a foot to gain access to the fridge. Same for the bedroom. Thank goodness they left access to the bathroom ;-)

I've had a rear kitchen; and, with the current condition of our highways, I would never consider another one. I got tired of things falling and breaking. I have a Champagne 38EL and I can get to the fridge, bathroom, and bed when closed up. Nothing has broken or fallen. The kitchen sits over the shocks and E-Z RV suspension on the driver's side. I also have a Trailair pin box. Smooth ride.
PS excuse the post...I thought it was a rear kitchen model. I would still think the Trailair pin box would be very helpful.

Hi I bought one of these, just to say it's a FR so it will be rubbish, only true advice I can give.

In my reading I got the impression front kitchen models are unpopular.

That is the fiver, however, the DW wants next.

Our Hathaway 34RE is handy in that we can get to the sink, fridge, bathroom and the bed with the slides in. That is a plus. I hate, others restrooms.
