Champagne Heat

We own a Champagne, is it normal to have the ceiling vents pushing out room temperature air when the heat is running? I'm wondering if this is part of the functionality of it or if it is something that needs to be looked at by a service?

Put the thermostat on fan and select auto for fan. Then turn on the heat.

This issue gets reported/questioned here 4-5 times per month. I call it an issue and not a problem since some here contend it's a feature. It means your thermostat has your Fan speed set to LO or HI (as you might set it for running the air conditioner) and not AU (auto).

Press your thermostat Mode button until you skip past Cool and Heat to FAN.
Press + or - key until you skip past HI and LO and stop at AU.
Press Mode back to Heat.

Let us know if this works. If it doesn't, your thermostat is probably different.
