Couple of problems with our 36ckts CC

We purchased our CC in April. We have used it twice. My husband just retired and we are getting ready for a 3 month trip. While cleaning the camper I noticed the counter top is cracked behind the stove. The sofa and recliners are leather(faux I'm sure), they have places where it looks like the color has rubbed off.
We noticed that the floor dips in the living room area so every time you walk by the island to the sofa, the floor moves and vibrates things on the island. We know there should be some vibration but not like this. The camper is level and the jacks are down.
Has anyone experienced any of these issues? Taking it to the dealer this week.

Corion counter top? Cracking is not common, but easily fixed. Is it a straight line where the material was seamed? It is likely the material was not supported correctly in the first place.
Heck my real leather lazyboys at home did the same thing starting within six months. Problem is cheap material, probably from China, with poor QC.
Floor issue? Sounds like a soft floor spot. If so try to get it returned to CC for repairs. As dealer probably does not have the facilities to fix it correctly.

The counter top on our CC was cracked in exactly the same place. The dealer replaced it without a problem under warranty. It took CC a couple of attempts to get a replacement counter top to us that didn't arrive damaged but by the end of September we had it fixed.

We have 36 CKTS 3014 and live in it full time. Our sofa is discoloring as well, I have been waiting months to see what they are going to do about it. I realize now that although they advertise lazy boy it's only the chairs. The sofa is junk!! We have a leek in our bedroom closet but we are waiting to see if we fixed it. My husband resealed around the light outside. My husband was just saying this morning he thinks our island in the kitchen is just a little to wobbly. Not sure what we are going to do about that!

Well, if just the recliners are Lazy Boy, they used the same fabric on both the chairs and the sofa. The discoloration is on both.
Glad to hear they replaced your counter top.
