Covered bridge nose decal

Can anyone tell me how to get the part number for the decal on the nose cap of a 2018 Cedar Creek Hathaway Edition 5th wheel? I want to order one from my local Forest River dealer to install on my 5th wheel. It is just the bridge in brown and tan shades without the lettering. Thanks for any help.

Have your dealer older this part for you. The dealer has a parts list for these items. May not share this with you but they can get this item.

I had my end caps repainted this winter working with my dealer and the Cedar Creek folks. Will the end caps are finial painted and in discussing the paint job with my dealer they pointed out that one of the decals has a bubble under the decal. They have ordered a replacement and this should be in sometime next week(Jan-21-19). They will replace the decal when it is in. So, they can get them for you.

Jim … I've replaced several sets of decals on RVs. It's a job that requires good prep work and patience while applying each piece. Decals are usually some fashion of vinyl and are not sealed per say … in other words, they "breathe". If it/they is/are a small bubble, many times once a warm day or two passes, the bubbles will work themselves out. If it is a dime sized or larger bubble, a very sharp needle prick in a couple of spots will enable the installer to work the air bubble out with no sign it was ever there. You might consider this in lieu of having the decal removed and application of a replacement with no guarantees of another bubble.

Several years ago the folks at CC sent us 2 big bear decals for our 2009Silverback (free). When they had to replace the front cap in 2016 they no longer had that version....so they left it plain, but did have a different version of the Silverback name....that's when the 2nd bear decal came into play. We loved being one of a kind!

Good Luck.

You'll be on your next rig by the time the dealer finds the right number and gets around to ordering it, then maybe it's correct. Just call and negotiate with FR and you can get action quicker, better and they may even send you decals for free.

dieselguy,
I understand about applying decals but my dealer was not happy with the decal on the unit after painting the end caps. They want to replace the one with a bubble under the decal before they release the unit back to me. So, I am happy that the dealer is concerned enough to do the job correctly.

I thought I read somewhere that the front caps were painted. Then a decal is applied? Or is the whole cap a decal?
