Also found another guy that did this on his AC. He used his 3D printer. This was on a Jayco forum. Here is his thingsverse link for the 3D CAD print job.

I called my local library which has a 3D printer for the public, they said its probably a 28 hour print job per set. I would need two sets since I have two units. So 56 hours, they want $2 an hour. Was on the expensive side for my taste. I may just go with the sheet metal option. Here is the 3D printed install thread
