Dewinterizing a new Cedar Creek Cottage

We have a new Cottage that was winterized by the manufacturer. There is antifreeze in the lines. But I don’t know if there is antifreeze in the fresh water tank or hot water heater. Would the manufacturer put antifreeze in them from the factory?

If it was "dewinterized", there shouldn't be any antifreeze in the system. The water heater should have been in the "bypass" mode for winterization, and drained. When dewinterizing, the water heater remains in the bypass mode until the lines are completely flushed out. Antifreeze in the FW tank? Shouldn't be. Easy way to tell is to crack the FW tank drain valve and see what runs out.

normally no they don't put antifreeze in the water heater or potable water tank. Pull the drain on the HWT and verify it is empty that is the only positive way of knowing.

Being it is a cottage model you may (?) have a small residential style water heater so it will be hard to say with certainty if it was plumbed with normal bypass lines. The specs say 20 gallon water heater so we can't be certain.

Regardless, I've not seen nor heard of the factory ever putting antifreeze into the fresh water tank and/or the water heater of a cottage model or a typical R/V.

I have a 2020 Cedar Creek Cottage and to de-winterize it, connect to city water supply.
Open all faucets, toilet, shower, including outside shower, until clear water appears, then open all low point drains until clear water appears, then close them.
Reverse the hot water by pass valves and make sure that water tank drain valve is closed.
You will then be de-winterized.

You forgot the part about sanitizing the water system. That is also necessary when dewinterizing
