Was there anything special you had to do for the pairing process? I read that you hold the camera button down for 2 seconds. Do you do this at the same time as when you go through the settings to choose "pair"? After I do so, it never reads "pairing", just continues to display "pair" symbol. Finally comes up after a long period if time and says it could not connect. I have power to both units so it is not that. I have also tried using the power cord and hooking them up that way to sync to no avail. Help? Ugh.

I just wish the monitor was bigger.
I do want a Voyager. Maybe one year.

Will you walk me through the pairing process? I have read the manual and cannot get it to sync up. Ugh.

There are two models of the camera ( see Camping World) one is only for back up ,the other, you can use while running, (more money), mine is hooked up to my running lights, which is perfect, I turn them on when I need them, like when I'am backing up, or when running. Also different Mfgs wire them differently. My Catalina uses the running lights.

Yeah, I had seen this. At this time, I am now in talks with Furrion technical about a fix. We'll see what comes of it. I am hopeful that Furrion will not make me furious. bahabaha! Ugh.

The camera that was installed on my Cedar Creek was not much good so I called Furrion and they sent me a better one, a update if you will. I paid something for the trade, I can’t remember how much. The camera they sent me worked great but after awhile driving on the road the camera would quit. I called up Furrion and they told me the camera was working like it was supposed too, it was a backup camera. It wasn’t meant to stay on all the time. I keep it in a drawer in the Cedar Creek. DW is the best backup camera there is

Came out of a diesel pusher with a hard wired camera to the monitor which was exceptional all the time. Now with the Furrion it’s worthless being wireless. Backing up it’s not consistent either let alone going down the road. I am comfortable using my mirrors and with the pusher I liked seeing my towed vehicle in the monitor. So no towed vehicle with the 5th and the mirrors work just fine. The Furrion lives in a closet without using it.

Bought a Furrion backup monitor 2 years ago. The lens on the cheap camera is sun burned and the picture is fuzzy and pretty much black and white.
Most of Furrions stuff is pretty much junk in my opinion....and many others.

furrion backup camera
Went to a Camping World to ask questions. They helped us pair the display to the camera. However, in passing he mentioned the lights had to be on - meaning not in the auto position. Works fine now for backing up and when driving down the road. Biggest complaint is the poor documentation.

Full observation model works as advertised. Back up only, uhhh, not so good. I can watch my bike rack while going along at 63mph. Clear. If no loaded bike rack, I set it for wider view. Can see vehicles approaching or helpful to get back to right lane.

Our Furrion observations works great on our 2019 Cedar Creek 34RL2. I just had to raise the camera so that I could see further behind me.
I really only use it in heavy traffic.

I guess it's my eyes. I can't see squat on mine. Night is just bright light dots. Day is vague and blurry. I don't even use it anymore, just stow it. Never needed it for backing up anyway, and it didn't show what's needing to be showed then, anyway.
I do wish there was a true HD clear camera that would show traffic behind me......on a screen big enough to actually see.

I doubt if you’re going to find a camera for under $1,000 that will work adequately at night. If you want to get away from “vague and blurry” check out the iPad setup I just installed.
