My thermostat quit in our new Silverback. Now I only get the blue background lite. No numbers or text will show in the window. It is a Dometic digital. Anyone else have this problem?

My thermostat quit in our new Silverback. Now I only get the blue background lite. No numbers or text will show in the window. It is a Dometic digital. Anyone else have this problem?
If the blue light is showing it is getting power make sure your cover is connected to the sub base, other then that replace it.
