Without a picture of your kitchen stove area, I canít be sure.
What is on either side of the drawer under the stove?
Can you come in at it from either side by removing something there?

Wow. I know exactly what you have. I have same thing. We keep a lot of skillets down there.

My first reaction would probably be to shake that drawer like crazy and see if you can get the pot to shift enough to open, even partially.

If you can open it partially, some kind of stick, or "poking device" might move stuff around.

Short of that, I don't know. But I can understand that's a problem!

I have a cabinet to the right of my drawer. I can access the contents of the drawer from the cabinet.

Got it!

Got a light flexible metal yardstick and could slip the yardstick in the pan below the offending pan and move it back enough to open the drawer a couple of more inches and move pans around.and get it unstuck. Shaking like crazy didn't work. With the drawer lip and cabinet overhang, I had less than inch to work with.
