Fireplace

I have a 2016 cedar creek 38rd, does anybody know what make and model of the fireplace is? There's no name on the thing anywhere. Short of removing it out of its cabinet, I thought I'd write here first. The remote doesn't work anymore even with a new battery. Want to call the company for a replacement. Don't have the manual anymore, it got lost someplace.

Thanks

Memory tells me most use a CR2032... It will prolly match your car remote and the old one should have a number and easily found if so. I think

I have removed mine several times. It is very easy. Only 4 screws and you can pull out.

Contact FR they have a Cedar Creek rep. They might be able to resolve the issue.

We have a Silverback, but if ours has been disconned from power, we must turn the fireplace on using the controls on the front of it. After that, the remote works without any problem.

Yep that causes a lot of issues where people think the remote is broke, but yes you gotta do it manually the first time....push the button
