We had no problems. I still need to learn how to back up the fifth wheel a little different then travel trailer we had
It's a whole different backing experience. After almost 20 years with travel trailer hitches, going to a 5th wheel took me a while. Get yourself a few orange cones and find an empty parking lot. Worked for me!
We have a 2011 Silverback and love it. It's been to AZ and back, down to Fl and back to Michigan. Just curious what kind of battery came with everyone's camper. We got a small battery that didn't fit the holder and didn't hold a charge when we was dry camping. We just purchased two deep cell (27) batteries and hope that does the trick. Just curious if our dealer was going the cheap way out or if it was standard.

As far as looks and function we love our Silverback. BUT!!! We had problems with the dinning room slideout, our dealer tried to fix and couldn't. We took it to the factory and they worked on if for 3 days, said it was fixed and we headed for Fla. By the time we got to Fla nothing had changed. The problem was we could see daylight because the opening for the slide was cut wrong. Because of the way it was cut the rubber is all messed up . We told our dealer about it but he says we need to take it back to factory. Since they worked on it the corner in the wall is starting to crack. We also had to replace a wheel because of a pin point leak. Also don't believe it if your dealer told you your TV won't fall off the mount (that is if it's on the back). It will fall off. We almost lost our TV out the back window because if came off the mount. Now we tie it down and pad it. We replaced all the window shades because the strings broke so many times. Enough complaining I hope your's holds up better. We like the lay out but the service is not very good.
