Furrion Gas Oven

Getting our 2020 34IK ready for the summer season; going through appliance checks, etc. All good to go, except:

Ours has a Furrion gas oven. Gas flow was good; cook top and oven both lit and did great heating up. No leaks at shut off either.

QUESTION: The fan in the oven DID NOT keep on running for '10-15 minutes' following shut off. Digital display went black. Gas quit flowing; pilot went out; oven quit heating (all normal). According to the the instructions the fan SHOULD continue to run 'following shut off'.

Does the oven have to run for a certain length of time before the fan is necessary to cool the electronics? I only had it on for the 20 minute heat up then shut it off. Didn't bake anything.

We have 5 days left on the 1 yr warranty.

Thanks for any help or suggestions! Oven works great otherwise.

My guess is that the oven was not on long enough for the sensors to detect the heat. It takes ours longer than 20 minutes to pre heat for cooking. I'm probably wrong so hoping an expert will chime in soon.

The only time our Furrion oven fan remains on post shutoff is after we've been baking long enough that the oven and surrounding area gets hot. Even then.....the fan will kick off and may come back on briefly a time or two until it cools to a certain point.

I wish the fan would shut down during pilot mode operation. Don't see why it needs to run when just keeping the pilot on.

I know it didn't 'heat up all around'. I know what you mean! LOL.
