FYI for 2020 38DBRK
We happened to notice that the carpet for the passenger side slide was not staying flat when slide was in the in position. In other words it was crumpled up when slide is slid out. I need to elaborate on this situation. When we first got the TT we notice boards screwed to metal frame of the double recliner that set side ways in the living area. I called the powers to be ( the dealership ). They said that most likely they were installed for shipping, so I took them off. One reason I wanted them off was the boards didn't support the frame all the way across the bottom. After doing so that's when we noticed the carpet crumpled up. So just yesterday I decided to see what was up with why carpet was doing what it is doing. I turned off the other 2 slides and went inside and used the phone app so that I could watch what was going on. Sure enough you could see the carpet crumpling up when the slide came in. Now for the kicker!! I said to self, well it is what it is, so I decided I'd just lift up the recliner so that the carpet wouldn't crumple up. When I did so, I found out that the recliner was jammed in-between the wall and the slide's floor. Any way just wanted to let folks know about this. This could have damaged things. I just happen to catch it before it did.
