Exclamation HELP Auto leveling system quit working

I have a brand new 2018 CC Champagne 38EL got it home, set it up auto leveled it and was going to remote level from inside the trailer now nothing works. Auto level times out and the left side of the “circle” is flashing red. There is a clicking sound at the solenoid when you try to raise or lower the jacks.... nothing works.

are you plugged into power or running off of 12 volts?

Once you get an error code on the leveler, you have to go inside to the screen and select leveling system. Then on the bottom you will see a reset button. touch that to reset the system, then you should be able to continue.

as unforgiven is bring up. If on batteries alone and they are low, the system will act strangely. Best to be hooked up to shore power first.

ok ..lets try this..while on auto level did your jacks max out? if so,place in Manual Mode, raise jacks and place stacker blocks to take up travel of jacks and try it again..I found that if my jacks maxed out on one side it would create the same issue..

So I am pretty sure the jacks aren’t maxed out we are on a fairly level concrete pad and I used blocks under each jack just in case. I also just figured out the hydraulic slides don’t move either ????????

I would unplug from AC power, turn off the main battery switch, and then disconnect the negative battery cable that goes from the batteries to the trailer. (The Level system is wired directly to the batteries) Wait about a minute and then reconnect. doing a hard reset like this may clear the memory and allow it to work.

Might be the auto reset breaker on bus bar. Some have a reset button. Wouldn't call that "auto" tho
