Totally agree.
No where does she mention converter. ALL RVs come with CONverters, few come with INverters.

And trailers never come with batteries from the factory. They are dealers installed items.

Only Motorhomes come with factory batteries cause they have to be driven.

The dealer needed a specific converter "yours" and removed it for another unit.
Those two taped wires went to your converter and yes that neutral should be bare.
I think they forgot to replace it.
