Jacks and slides

Just picked up 2016 Cedar Creek Champagne today we are full timers.
Tried to use auto level solenoid just clicks looked for reset can’t find one.
Can’t get slides to go out sleeping IN it the way it is HELP

Are batteries charged? Slides and levelers need a charged battery, even if plugged in.
Check for inline resettable circuit breaker like this one: https://www.amazon.com/420843-1-Rese...fsclp_pl_dp_13

There could be one or two between the battery and the hydraulic pump (I'm assuming it's hydraulic). Even if electric, there should be one near the battery. Push the little black button.

Open the front storage bay door and you will see a row of resettable breakers, wiring and bus bars in the right corner. More than likely one of the 50 amp breakers has tripped for the hydraulic pump. Assuming that your batteries are in great shape (at least showing 12.3 volts)
Feel for the little button popped out and push it back in to reset. If your battery is low, plug into shore power or a generator.

Not on a Cedar Creek. The converter will power ALL 12v functions even with a dead battery, assuming you are on shore power to the converter.

Not necessarily true... the hydraulic slide motor draws over 70 amps, and the converter may not be able to supply that..

OP, check your batteries...

Well, it's the same Lippert system as on all the rest of them.
If my batteries are disconnected or low, the converter will run the levelers and the slides, but some times the leveler controller will complain about low voltage, and/or one of the resettable circuit breakers will pop. Always better to use batteries and converter (via generator or hookups).

I saw a very similar post on the cedar creek FB page on the same day... pretty sure same poster as OP... battery replacement and fuse reset did the trick.

Several RV owners believe that the converter will completely fill in for a near dead battery bank. While it will allow the hydraulic pump to run ... it's very unwise to rely on it as such. Like said ... the hydraulic pump pulls a boat load of amps especially in the winter due to the hydraulic fluid being thicker. Most any RV converter simply wasn't designed for that kind of load for very many cycles. Think of your batteries as a dam storing 12 VDC energy for 12 VDC power needs and the converter as the river adding water to the reservoir that the dam created. The flow of river itself won't turn the turbines very well, but the volume of water in the reservoir surely does.
