Keeping Insignia fridge doors closed in 34IK

Has anyone come up with an improved method for securing the doors on the Insignia resi fridge in the 34IK? The bar at the bottom of the door opening works for keeping them closed. However,
it bows out which subsequently hold the door from completely sealing while traveling or set upon a site. I'm looking for a better way.

I use a Baby Lock on my fridge doors works great and I do not have any issues with the doors opening up as we travel. We bought them off of Amazon, but I am sure you can get them anywhere.

See attached pic's.

Jim, is this for the 4 door Insignia fridge?
If so, can you send some more photos as to how you have it set up?

Thx

No, this is on a two door fridge to keep the doors closed. I also use a strap across the front of the fridge so, it will not roll out of the space in the slide. This happen once when the board used to keep the fridge in place, pulled the screws out of the floor.

I used a strap similar to the one that is used to hold the dining chairs in place when traveling. I purchase this on-line from an aftermarket RV dealer who sold parts for RV's. The strap could work for your fridge too, you may need to use two straps across the front. One on top for the upper doors and the other one for the lower doors.

This is the strap I used to hold the fridge in place from Trekwood.

Keeping Insignia fridge doors closed in 34IK

I have a two door model (freezer on top), but have found this lock to be great (four door shown in my screen grab).

Could work like I'd like it to.
Thanks, I'll look them up.

We have the two door double drawer and we have no problem keeping the all the doors/drawers closed. The threaded rod just tight enough to contact the doors keeps them closed and sealed, the strap keeps the bottom drawer closed.

We have the 2019 34IK with 4 door Insignia that uses a threaded knob into a bar. It is poor design due to interference with door seals when bar flexes out. For a while we had it removed and tied the door handles together. When unit went back to factory for other issues they put it back on, FRCC customer service recommended not tightening so much when I explained why I had removed the bar. Currently we use the knob and bar with a strap to lower drawer handle. I have been considering attaching a clip to each side that a strap could be attached during travel.

Thanks Pete,
I like the Qdos solution by Tuckers Truckers above. I will try that or the one from RecubedSolutions.com first I think. We are actually trying not to crank down on the knob to see if that's better. I seems to be so far.
