LCI hydraulics won't work

Hey friends......Not a Cedar Creek owner but, our friends are and here's the problem.

It's a 2015 CC Hathaway Edition 38FB. They bought it used and set it up on their lease lot. Since someone else delivered it and set it up, it's not exactly where they want it in relation to the existing deck so, we decided to get together and move it........nope! Suddenly none of the LCI hydraulic systems work...no leveler action, no slide action, nothing. He was told that the solonoid switch was bad. We put a new one in that now just clicks loudly but, still no hydraulic pump action. If I disconnect the secondary 12v power to the solonoid, I can hear a faint clicking from someplace else in the area of a solid state circuit panel. The battery shows 12.9 volts and when I click any function to raise or lower the levelers manually it only drops to 12.8 volts & I get/hear a quick clunk from one of the hydraulic levelers but absolutely no hint of any activity at the hydraulic pump. It seems that all slide, leveler and schwintec slide functions are semi-dead.

Any ideas/help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me turns out these circuit breakers were bad

Thanks. I didn't see any resetable breakers but I forgot to mention I did check all the fuses I could find and made sure all electrical connections were tight.

Pull the plug on the back of the board, then plug it back in, also there is a breaker that is located on the wall, you will see a red Handel up if it's need resetting, hard to find trace the wires from the pump. If all else fails call Lippert, and send them those pictures, they will want to see your controls, had a problem lime yours found a power wire was disconnected some how, took a day for me to fine. You should have a switch to let the legs in front up and down only, does that work? If not it's a wire.

First thing I would do is check the battery, the thing I would do is a hard reboot. The way you do that is first unplug from the power source and then take the negative cable off the battery. Leave the camper with no power for a minute and then connect the battery again. You should be able to run the jacks up on battery power alone. Another way to check the battery is try to bring the jack up and have someone inside the camper with the lights on. If the lights dim out it’s probably a bad battery

Type in 12 volt dc circuit breaker with manual reset. It will show you where reset buttons are on circuit breakers. They are hard to see sometimes because the way they are mounted. We had same problem and this took care of it.

Since you have checked battery and connections, it sure points to either a resettable fuse that needs resetting, or auto reset fuses that have failed. I would get out my multimeter and see where the power stops.

In your original post, the 3rd pic of the bussbar. Look very closely on the left hand side of it and you will find some very small resettable buttons. Make sure they are all set.

In your 4th pic you ask if schwintec switch. I don’t have a shwintec slide but I do have a switch like that and it runs the hydraulic slides...

dalford...you nailed it!! What I thought was a simple bussbar was what you described. I found 2 circuit breakers tripped. All slides & hydraulics are working.
