Going through all the paper work etc, I came across a DVD marked "Level Up" instructional DVD, I have tried it in the DVD player, the Blue ray player and two different computers (macs) all I get in all are format not supported. Does anyone have any idea how to play this and has anyone got one that worked?

I have the same disk from LCI and it is a CD and not a DVD so it will only run in most computers and not on a DVD or Blueray player. Yes mine works fine but I have a Windows machine and not a MAC.
