Level up issue

I have a 2014 36CKTS. Went out today to get ready for a trip, and the jacks won't work. Level up system just beeps. Nothing on screen at all. Any ideas?

Use a small screw driver and pop the panel out. Unplug it then plug it back in. If not working check battery out put.

I already did that. Didn't pop it out, but reached behind and unplugged it.

Check voltage. I have had this happen when voltage is low.

Yes, the lights work, and it is plugged in, so I would think that the converter would be enough for the jacks. I am going out again today to check voltage and batteries, and will update. Thanks everyone.

Did you hit the enter key on the pad as unit is beeping? If not do that! You have to acknowledge that some malfunction and you need to start over. This has happen to my DW several times when low voltage issue is present and she will just walk away telling me the unit is not working.

I will than hit the enter button on the display unit, beeping will stop. I will than turn off the unit and hook up the power cord for the trailer. After that I will turn the unit on for the Level Up system and everything works.

I have instructed my DW several times on how this works, but!

See if this helps you!

Thanks for all the suggestions. After trying them all, I finally called Lippert. The tech went through everything that I did, and concluded that the controller is bad. Part will be here tomorrow, and hopefully I will get it fixed quickly.

Update: The controller came, I installed it, and nothing changed. I went back to Lippert tech support, talked to the same tech, and he told me the wrong part. I was a "little" upset at this point! It should have been the LCD touchpad, not the controller. They over-nighted the correct part, and that did correct the issue. They sent a pickup tag for the wrong (controller) part, and my system is once again working properly, and I was just a couple of hours late leaving on my trip.
