Leveling
After camping for a few weeks is it ok to do a auto level again?

Sure is. I personally would bring the slides in first.

If you scroll through the auto level menu it will show how level you are side to side and front to back. If it's still reading 0 for both directions, I wouldn't probably bother releveling. I do agree though that it could be done any time but pull the slides in first.

Do you have the Lippert Auto 6-point hydraulic leveling system? If so, just turn on your control display. Check to see if the green LED light in the center of the display panel is showing. If so, than the trailer is still level and you do not need to relevel. If one of the other lights is displayed such as to high or to low than yes you should relevel.
I have camped for several weeks at a time on the same site and I have never had to relevel my trailer. I have only releveled once when I raised the trailer to change out a tire at one of the F.R.O.G. rally's when I received a new tire and wheel from Forest River for my unit. I brought all of the slides in first and then relevel manually adjusting each set of legs to center the green light in the display.

I wouldn't. Lippert and Forest River both advise against it.

Yes, I lifted a side at a time to remove tires and have TPMS sensors installed. Since tires may be lifted off the ground during routine leveling on an uneven ground the recommendations against using the levelers for changing tires is purely a CYA by Lippert and FR from a safety standpoint.

X2. I've changed tires, due to flats or just changing to new tires, several times using the levelup jacks. One side at a time. Works great. I did put lynx blocks under the lifting side jacks to shorten the stroke.
Have also had one sides tires off the ground for weeks during boondocking trips.
My system is 7 years old this January and the levelup is still the best option on any RV

I think its a common thing to do and to be completely safe put jack stands under the axles after the unit has been elevated if you have the luxury of doing this at home. If on the road I would not hesitate to do it if on mostly level firm ground

Question for everyone, does anyone put boards under the jacks to give it a wider foot print? i'm thinking of doing this just so they wont sink into the ground and to give it more of a solid footing?
Any Thoughts on this or i'm I going over kill

We replaced all our boards with lynx blocks when we purchased our current RV with the level up system.
Much easier to store and use. Lighter also. Not only do they provide a bigger footprint, but you can stack them under the jacks on the downhill side when needed. We found two sets of 10 (20 blocks) fits our needs.
Most RV parks also require some type of pad under the feet. Lynx blocks fills that bill also.
