Long Term Cold Weather Help

We are living in our 5th Wheel while our new house is being completed. I am aware of the tank heaters and such. We are using the furnace and will supplement with the electric fireplace. I know it will be cold soon (I hear the folks in North Dakota and Canada laughing). My question is about the water hose. Is it worth buying an expensive heated hose for two months? Or would you just fill the water tank every couple days and drain the hose?

We spent some time in Massachusetts during the winter months. The campground would not allow us to use a heated hose. We would fill our fresh water tank and use out of it. That worked fine. We also contacted a propane company and they supplied a large tank for no charge if we bought the propane from them. Hope all goes well for you.

Thanks Tex, I think that is what I will end up doing.
