Main awning unrolling?

First time I've tried to extend my main awning and it seems to unroll faster than the arms will extend. Is there a lock on the arms somewhere? My second awning works as expected. I was afraid to continue to extend my main awning because I was worried that it would continue to unroll without the arms extending. I am on a trip and didn't want to have it unroll and I'd be stuck not getting it retracted. Any ideas?

On our River Stone it was doing the same thing, there is a rubber stop available to install that will keep the arm from retracting to deep into it's storage area. I am not sure where you will find them ours was provided at the FROG Rally in Goshen last year.
