The converter in my 2015 Wildcat is not in the basement but is behind a door similar to the one pictured. Mine's under a set of closet doors facing my kitchen... and just above floor level.

converter location
My 2017 38fb2 has the converter behind the fuse/breaker box. It's beside the bed and then under the shower seat. Bad location if you ask me.

I'm finding in my research that many of the Cedar Creek's CONverters are located BEHIND the interior Power Distribution Box (breaker box) as mentioned by Mr. Dan in post #5.
Many are accessed by removing a panel in the front pass through compartment(basement) or a panel inside near the bed or kitchen cabinet.

Converters are typically integrated into the power center. So much so that this panel is commonly referred to as The Converter. There's a breaker marked CONV in my power center. The converter itself is a black box buried inside the center accessible when the power center is removed for sure and maybe if the face panel is removed.

In my 2019 341K it is located behind fuse/circuit breaker panel. To get to mine, I have to go to basement pass-through. Mine has InCommand system and there is a black box in the basement that has all of the connections to it. To the right of that is a fiberboard cover that is removed with about 6 screws and then you can see it through the opening. If you have a small enough frame, you can get through that small opening to actually touch it or work with it. On mine, it is plugged into an outlet on the back of the circuit breaker panel.

Many deck mount converters do plug into an outlet.

I have a 2020 model year Cedar Creek Champagne 38EFK, my converter is also plugged in, in fact it plugs into a power socket on the rear of the power centre. The actual converter is located behind the fireplace beneath the TV set.

It might help other CC owners if you stated where you found it.

Of course I saw it!!! We all should know where it is. It's the access point we need and there could be more than one.
