Ours is a Ram 2500 HD 6.7 diesel with 6 speed auto, 4x4, 6.4' box, 3.73 ratio,GVW 9600, payload 2400, max towing 12,750, 383 HP, 400# of torque.
I think the 4x4 option kicks the heck out of our towing weights

Your engine specs are for the Hemi not the Cummins. The Cummins is 350hp and 650 lbs/ft torque. And as to being over weight, if you live in Canada you can be subject to fines for driving overweight as the highway patrol units in most provinces now watch for overloaded RV units.
