I know this was not addressed to me but I can comment on the bedroom AC. I have a 33IK and the bedroom AC is much louder than the living room unit. I think it may be due to the fact it is installed in a smaller room plus the ceiling is lower.
I have not camped in any real hot weather yet so generally I use it to do the initial cool down and then rely mostly on the living room unit to keep it cool at night in the bedroom. I put the fan in the living room on low and it works well. I'll be camping in Georgia in July so I will find out how well that works
