I wonder if they will bring one of them to the RV display at the Goshen Rally? It certainly looks like a great floorplan. Entertains 8, dines 4, sleep 2, that's perfect.

Wow that model is almost identical to the Cardinal 3825FL!
Forest River Copying Forest River?

Odd too - from what I have seen, Cedar Creek & Cardinal are about the same build quality.

The front Living room is a great option - I just wish Cardinal or Cedar Creek would let you opt out of one of the sofas for a desk & hassock

It looks really great on paper BUT......my concern is the whole kitchen on one slide - that's a lot of weight. I'd like to have seen them add a half bath. Can't get any quality reading time with just one

I like my desk in mine (I work remote on the road occasionally).... and the kitchen in the slide does indeed look heavy, and I have seen complaints of slide operations when the entire kitchen is in the slide.

Well, I like the concept. For me, too big. These residential refers add a LOT of slide weight when full of food.

My Silverback has the full kitchen slide with a std refer. I had a track catch and the damned thing looked like the Leaning Tower Of Pisa! It made
a 7 inch stress crack in my gel coat. FR fixed it. Cannot see it. But it scared the poop right out of me!!😓
I really thought the whole side was going to rip out and fall to the curb!!
Now with even MORE WEIGHT in the residential refer, hmmmm!
BUT, they will sell a bunch of these.
Lots of seasonal retirees who like the space and flexibility to move versus those great looking cottage units.
Sell on Forest River!!

Looks like the Jayco 38 FLSA, except there is more room in the bedroom. About time they figured how to put an island in their kitchen with the front living area.

Floor Plan is almost exactly like a Rushmore Lincoln FL.
