I would say 1/3 of them are stripped as they torqued them too tight at the factory the other 1/3 were real loose. Iím sure there is more one will find as you go through the unit.
Also, check the wheel arch trim. Ours was held on with self-tapping sheet metal screws and they had starting coming loose. This allowed the trim to "flap" a little while driving and it caused a couple cracks in the trim around the screw holes. I replaced all the screws with 8/32nd bolts, washers and nylon lock nuts.
As others have said, no trailer is perfect and stuff will go/be wrong. Enjoy yours and safe travels.
