Thanks for coming back and letting us know the outcome.

I have to ask... many (most) factory power cords come with molded ends so finding a bad connection within the cord would be difficult unless you cut the end off/apart.

Can you expand on your findings?

Glad you resolved your problem and thanks for letting us know. I too, would be interested in knowing where in the cord did you find the problem, at one of the ends or somewhere in the middle?
